CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Rammandir Wala Private Limited (trading as Tour Ayodhya) is committed to providing you with the best possible service. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your booking.

This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for tour packages, guide services, pandit booking, virtual puja, and car rentals.

1. CANCELLATION TERMS

Tour Packages

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date: You will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the departure date: You will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date: You will not be eligible for a refund.

Guide Services, Pandit Booking, Virtual Puja, Car Rentals

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: You will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: You will not be eligible for a refund.

2. REFUND PROCESS

Please note the following regarding the processing of refunds:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to tourayodhyaa@gmail.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • This policy may be subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this policy before making a booking.

3. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (SERVICES)

Tour Ayodhya does not offer returns or refunds for any services once they have been rendered. However, customer satisfaction is our priority.
