Tour Ayodhya offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a tour package, service, or product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our tour packages and products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Note on Dynamic Pricing: Our rates are based on negotiated rates with hotels, airlines, etc. These rates may change without notice, and we reserve the right to adjust our quoted prices accordingly. Price changes may also occur due to government-imposed hikes in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges. You will be responsible for these additional charges.

SECTION 5 – PAYMENTS AND BILLING ACCURACY

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payment Policy:

  1. Advance Payment: To secure your booking, an advance payment is required. The specific amount will depend on the service and timeframe before the service begins. We reserve the right to determine the advance payment amount.
  2. Full Payment Events: Full payment may be required upfront for specific services like special train journeys, peak season hotel bookings (e.g., Ram Navami, Diwali), and bookings between December 20th and January 5th.
  3. International Payments: Overseas payments can be made via wire transfer to our designated bank account.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Written cancellations are accepted on weekdays only. Cancellations received on Sundays will be considered on the next business day. Cancellation charges are based on the date we receive your written notice:

  • 45 days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost is deducted.
  • 15 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost is deducted.
  • 7 days before arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost is deducted.
  • 48 hours before arrival or no-show: No refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • For the X-mas and New Year period (December 20th to January 5th), payments are non-refundable.
  • Wildlife safaris are non-refundable, and date changes are considered cancellations with no refunds or adjustments.
  • Unused hotel stays, transportation, and meals are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations after trip commencement may result in limited refunds based on recoverable amounts from our partners (hotels, contractors, etc.).

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Certain content, products, and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or Services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

SECTION 8 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Travel Specific Liabilities & Limitations:

  • Agency Role: Tour Ayodhya acts as an agent for various service providers (hotels, airlines, transporters, etc.). We issue exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Itinerary Changes: Itineraries are samples and may change due to weather, road conditions, participant abilities, etc. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays, program alterations, or expenses due to natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather, illness, political closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any costs arising from unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, or bad weather.
  • Personal Loss: We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage (personal or property) arising from accommodations, transportation, or other services due to acts of God, dangers, fire, accidents, breakdowns, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, epidemics, medical regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
  • Insurance: We do not offer insurance for accidents, sickness, theft, or other losses. We recommend you obtain such insurance in your home country. You are solely responsible for your baggage and personal belongings at all times.

In no case shall Rammandir Wala Private limited, Tour Ayodhya, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages.

SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rammandir Wala Private limited and Tour Ayodhya and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 13 – SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, India.
